Ticketing How-To – FILM FEST KNOX | November 14-17, 2024 Skip to content
Presented by Visit Knoxville and Regal

Showcasing and advocating for personal, ambitious regional cinema.

How does ticketing work at the festival, and what are the ticketing options for Film Fest Knox?

Festivalgoers have three general options for ticketing:

  • Purchase a pass (either VIP or All Festival)
  • Purchase a block of 8 or 4 screenings
  • Purchase individual tickets.

You can compare the various options here.

You must have a ticket to see each screening you would like to attend regardless of whether you purchased a pass, a multi-ticket package, or individual tickets.  If you want to see multiple films, purchasing a pass or ticket package is your best bet.

To repeat, you must have a ticket to see each screening.

  • If you purchase the pass, you will reserve tickets in advance for the screenings you wish to attend.
  • Those interested in only a few tickets may purchase tickets for individual screenings.

How do I purchase a single ticket?

Visit this page and click buy on the film/session that you would like to attend.

I reserved or purchased my tickets! What do I do when I get to the cinema?

A festival worker outside the cinema will scan the ticket you have on your phone or printed at home (whichever option you chose). Enjoy the film!

Is there a deadline for when I can reserve tickets?

You can reserve tickets as late as the day of the screening, but some screenings will sell out. We encourage you to reserve a seat in advance (if you are a passholder) or purchase a ticket in advance to assure you can see the films you want to see!

Do I need tickets to the “New Directions in Regional Filmmaking” panel or the Seed & Spark budgeting workshop?

These are free events, but yes, you will need to reserve a spot. Follow the same process listed above.
