In the face of heartbreak, a couple struggles to deal with the possibility that the door has closed on a long-sought dream.

Michelle Ford started in theatre with a B.A. in acting and directing from Samford University. After many years working in theatre, teaching theatre and film to Middle and High school students, and acting (SAG-AFTRA since 2000), she went back to school and earned her MFA in screenwriting from the University of Georgia (2021). She is grateful for all her life’s joys, pains, successes, failures, loves, and losses, for these all make up the rich color palette she uses when crafting her stories.
